The PDF sheets 'Puppy Health Record' and 'Writable Pedigree' found in the links below that require information to be added about a specific dog, puppy or litter can be filled out by you in Acrobat Reader.

Once the PDF page is open in Adobe Reader, click on the "Hand" button on the tool bar. Then move the "Hand" over any item you want to enter information. To start typing information, the "Hand" will turn to an "I". Then left click your mouse and a text cursor will appear and you can begin typing in text. After you have completed the entry of information, just print the page(s) out.
